Mini Stek

Brand identity, UX, UI, Framer development

Mini Stek is a group of daycares in Utrecht that provide vibrant, playful spaces where children can explore, experiment, and learn through freedom and imagination. On behalf of Eagerly I created a cohesive brand identity and a modern website that reflects their playful philosophy and focus on joyful learning.

Brand identity

For Mini Stek, the branding was designed to reflect a playful, explorative, and flexible environment. We chose a font for its approachable, friendly letterforms that feel modern yet inviting. Its rounded shapes echo the soft, playful nature of Mini Stek’s spaces, making it perfect for both digital and print applications.

The color palette was inspired by nature, the forests, parks, and gardens where children play. Warm greens, soft yellows, and earthy tones create a sense of openness and curiosity while remaining versatile for different contexts. Rounded corners and organic shapes are used throughout the visual language, giving the brand a soft, playful feel and reinforcing the idea of freedom and experimentation in Mini Stek’s day-to-day environment.

A core goal was to create a system that allows Mini Stek to grow their visual identity themselves. By combining flexible color combinations, reusable shapes, and modular layouts, they can create their own assets while staying on-brand, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects their playful philosophy.

Website Development

The Mini Stek website was fully developed in Framer, giving the brand a dynamic and flexible digital presence. Fluid layouts and light animations bring the playful identity to life, creating an engaging experience for visitors. Using Framer’s CMS, the Mini Stek team can easily add and update content, keeping the site fresh without needing technical support. The result is a website that not only looks great but works seamlessly across devices and can grow alongside the organization.
